The Story Behind Rooted

I'm Zak. I'm 12 years old and I started Rooted because my scalp was killing me.

I have curly hair and for as long as I can remember, my scalp has been itchy, dry, and painful. I tried Level 3. I tried Based. I tried whatever else I could find. Nothing worked. The pain never stopped.

So I decided to make something myself.

I researched natural ingredients that actually help with scalp irritation — shea butter, aloe vera, argan oil. I learned how to formulate a curl cream from scratch. And I made a product that finally gave me the relief I couldn't find anywhere else.

That's Rooted. It's not a brand that was invented in a boardroom. It was made in my house because I was tired of my head hurting.
